Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how I handle personal information when you use this website or contact me through the contact form. I am a sole trader, and I handle all enquiries myself.

What information do I collect?

If you contact me through the contact form, I collect the information you choose to send: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected, and the form does not record your IP address or set any identifier.

Why do I use it, and on what legal basis?

I use the information only to reply to your message, to discuss a possible project, and to keep the correspondence that belongs to an enquiry or a collaboration.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence that does not lead to a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me.

How long do I keep it?

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years of our last contact. Correspondence relating to a project is kept for the duration of the project and for five years afterwards, because Danish bookkeeping law requires me to keep documentation for that period.

Who else sees it?

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for marketing purposes.

One provider processes information on my behalf, under a data processing agreement: Simply.com A/S, Denmark, which hosts this website and my email. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to my mailbox at Simply.com and stored there. Nobody else has access.

Is information transferred outside the EU?

No. This website and my email are hosted in Denmark, and your information is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and any transfer will take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising and no behavioural tracking. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain, so loading a page sends no data to any third party. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and you will be asked for consent where consent is required.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request access to your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information deleted, to have processing restricted, to receive your information in a machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
